1. Accounts

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Acceptable Use of Labs

• Lab environments and course materials are for lawful, educational use only.
• You must not use lab machines or tools to attack systems you do not own or lack explicit permission to test.
• Using the platform to launch attacks, mine cryptocurrency, or host malicious content is prohibited.

3. Academic Integrity

Sharing flags, solutions, or circumventing challenge controls undermines the learning experience and may result in score resets or account action.

4. Payments & Refunds

Paid courses and Premium VPS access are billed as described at purchase. Refund eligibility follows our published refund policy; contact support for requests.

5. Credits & Certificates

Credits and certificates are issued for completed work and have no cash value. We may revoke them in cases of policy violation.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
